To log in, visit: marketinghub.british-gymnastics.org. On the homepage you will find an option to ‘Sign In’.If you do not have an account, you can register to be a user.
How do I customise an item?
Select the item you would like to customise, for example, a poster, and use the options provided on the left side of your screen to amend text, change colours or add images and logos. Not all items offer a full range of customisable fields.
How do I upload or insert an image or logo?
First, you need to open a design that allows this option, for example, a poster. At the top of the design options, found to the left of the template, you will see a ‘Choose Image’ button. Here, you can upload your image or logo or use one from the British Gymnastics image library. Your images and logos will be saved to your account so you can access these quickly for any future orders.
How do I change the colours on an item?
You can change the background colour on your design by clicking on the colour picker in the design options next to the template. The colour picker will open and you can choose any colour by clicking on the coloured square or by entering a HEX colour code.
Can I save a design for later?
Yes, you can. Click ‘Save for Later’ at the top of the template. This will appear in ‘My Saved Designs’ which you will find on the home page when you log in.
How will I receive my order?
Printed items will be sent to your account address. You will be able download some items straight away. There is a charge for some downloadable items, you will receive the files for these attached to your email order confirmation once you have checked out.

What is a Free Resource Pack?
The resource packs are part of the Step Forward Plan which aims to prepare and support your club during the safe return of indoor sports. Each club can claim a free resource pack. You can find these packs under the ‘Step Forward Plan’ . To order them, simply add the resources to your basket and checkout as you normally would.
How do I change my account details?
You can change your account details in ‘My Details’ on the home page. To get back to the home page at any time, click the British Gymnastics logo located in the top left of your screen.
